Feminist RAVE is a dance piece by Anna Kolfinna Kuran created in close collaboration with and performed by a group of teeangers. The work is inspired by rave culture and is a feminist utopia in which all are free to express themselves and move as they want to music of their choice. The space is theirs and together they are strong, soft and radiant each in their own way. Feminist Rave is a work where the joy of dancing and grooving are prominent.
The project is made in collaboration with and co-produced by Litla Systir (e. Little Sister) and Reykjavik Dance Festival 2022 and is supported by the Children’s Culture Fund of Iceland.
