„Lend me your ear“ (2023) is an arts exhibition that looks into the concept of listening. To be truly listened to is something that everybody craves but few know to do. There the concept began, what would be a better listener than a person. Come and share what weighs you down. What are your main fears? What is the first thing
you think about when you wake up and the last thing you think of before you sleep?, How do your loved ones make you happy? The ear hears everything, nothing is off the table.
Lilja María Hönnudóttir (1999) is the artist. It is part of a series of events planned by Skapandi Sumarstörf Kópavogs meant to enlighten and enliven the town. Lend me your ear
was originally exhibited at the library of Kópavogur but will be at the swimming pool for the duration of Hamraborg Festival.
