Aldeilis ekki! Dýr sjá heiminn á ólíkan hátt eftir tegundum. Sjón þeirra mótast af umhverfi þeirra og þörfum.
Augaleið er skapandi listsmiðja þar sem við sjáum hvernig veröldin lítur út í augum annarra. Smiðjan er hluti af verkefninu Sjónarspil sem hverfist um sjónskynjun dýra og manna. Hönnunarteymið ÞYKJÓ leiðir smiðjuna í Náttúrufræðistofu Kópavogs.
Hvaða liti greina önnur dýr? Skiptir máli hvar augun eru staðsett? Standa þau kannski á stilkum?

Do animals see the world like humans do?
Not at all! Animals perceive the world in many different ways depending on their species. Their vision is shaped by their environment and their survival needs.
Augaleið is a creative workshop where we explore what the world looks like through the eyes of others. The workshop is part of the Sjónarspil project, which focuses on how animals and humans perceive the world around them. The design team ÞYKJÓ leads the workshop, which takes place at the Natural Science Museum of Kópavogur.
What colors can animals see?
Does it matter where their eyes are placed?
Do some animals even have eyes on stalks?

The workshop is designed for children and families, suitable for ages 4 and up.
